Hey there!

So... Throughout my school days I was a competitive swimmer, which meant I was fit and a pretty good runner too... 

But after only jogging occasionally through my early 20s, when I started running more and racing again in my late 20s, I soon came up against injury!


So I studied natural running technique and focused the yoga practice I was already doing on helping prime myself for running as strong and safely as I could... and tapped into something magic - as I've never been injured since, and enjoy the actual activity of running for what it is!


I developed a uniquely integrated approach to natural running technique and a yoga methodology that helps promote it. My wish for you is that my methods help you to run with more ease, joy and achieve the progress you want, too!

Each pose has increased difficulty and you are encouraged to only practise as much as you are physical capable of. If you are unsure, or have recently suffered an injury, consult your doctor first.     Runners of any level who find running hard, awkward, sluggish, painful or regularly suffer with running-related injury - and who want to learn a way of running that makes it feel easier, more enjoyable and progress inevitable!
  • When are the workshops and calls?
    Each morning you'll receive a link and a notification to watch that day's workshop in the challenge Zone. They're around 15 minutes for you to watch and do the practical elements anytime in the day.
    Each afternoon, Helen teaches a live call streamed into the Facebook group and the Zone. Join live if you can or watch the replay!
    All workshops and coaching replays are available for the duration of the bootcamp.
  • When is the challenge? Where is it held?
    9-14th May, online inside a private challenge Zone and Facebook group.
  • Do I have access to everything after the challenge is ended?
    The coaching calls will remain inside the Facebook group but the workshops are only available for the duration of the bootcamp.
